Taylor Nicholas, on behalf of Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) invites expressions of interest for various retail and food outlets in the main Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Building (RPAH) located on Missenden Road in Camperdown.

We are seeking compatible retail tenants for the hospital’s main Food Court as well as compatible commercial and retail tenants to supplement the range of services the hospital provides to staff and patients. Existing tenants include a Newsagent, Chemist, Florist (not trading) and an ATM. SLHD is open to the re-configuration of current retail areas.

An excess of 5,000 staff and over 1,000,000 patients (combined from inpatient admissions, outpatient services and emergency admissions) annually, makes this a rare and highly sought after retail opportunity.
