This cafe / restaurant is situated one block back from the beach in a small coastal plaza.
There is a medium sized carpark and a newsagency and post office adjacent to help with exposure.
Known for great coffee and great food. We have recently started another business which has demanded most of our time meaning full time staff have been required at Casablanca.
A good husband and wife team, with the assistance of 2 casual staff, could make this a nice little earner.
Of course, there is always the option of a complete make over and coming out the other side as a completely different type of business.
