This solid block of units was bought in 2007 and given a substantial make-over. Old carpets were replaced with tiles, old wallpaper replaced with fresh paint, outdoor areas were paved, full side fence was replaced with colorbond and may other changes were made.
They are now for sale as a going concern in the block of 6 or we will look at individual offers.
They are all rented at present but individual units could easily be turned into an owner occupied haven, particularly suited to older residents.
