Entry is through aluminium and glass doors into a reception / common area. This area contains tile floors, a reception desk, a small kitchenette and toilet facilities. Immediately on the left are two (enclosed) offices of with a boardroom located directly behind the reception desk.
To the right is a concrete and wood stair case with carpet tread leading to the first floor offices. Near the staircase is a corridor containing a filing storeroom, male and female/disabled toilets and a recessed kitchenette. The kitchenette includes 1 single bowl sink, laminate bench tops and cupboards. On the first floor are two enclosed offices adjoining an open plan style office area.
Construction consists of carpeted floors, painted concrete walls and acoustic tile ceiling in a T-bar system. Lighting and air conditioning ducts are at ceiling level. The workshop has concrete tilt-up elevations, concrete floors, trimdeck roofing with foil and mesh insulation, mercury vapour lighting and two 5,000kg cranes.
Access is via roller doors to the north and east elevations. The workshop is clear span designed and provides a height under the hook of 6.5 metres and rising to 8 metres at ridge level. Under the mezzanine area is a male toilet, washroom, tool shed and workman's office.
Above the mezzanine, and accessed via a steel staircase, is a stud frame and gyprock sheeting lunchroom containing a small kitchenette. The room has fluorescent lighting and a wall mounted air conditioning unit.
