New Office/Factory/Warehouse currently under construction. The building will be a high quality facility with office of approx 250m2 and Factory/Warehouse of approx 2000m2, with a truss height of approx 9 - 9.4m. Internally, crane rails will be installed to allow the installation of a 10 tonne crane. Externally the Warehouse/Factory will have a canopy running down the south eastern boundary, together with a substantial area of hardstand and easy roller door access.
