It's great place for families and there's plenty happening. The town centre is set a couple of kilometres off the Western Highway with Lloyd Street being Dimboola's main shopping strip. The Wimmera River flows through the town centre and is lined with red gums, walking tracks and picnic areas. This wide stretch of the river is a popular fishing spot, ideal for boating enthusiasts and is home to the local rowing club (Regatta).
